Llamas are the most beautiful beings; they also assist people in preventing hordes of COVID-19 and similar other viruses.

Llamas Hold the Key to Fight COVID-19

According to the researcher's report, Llama’s blood samples contain small but powerful immune particles that fight against all variants of COVID-19, including Omicron and eighteen similar viruses.

The research results represent that these "super-immunity" molecules, called nanobodies, could be forerunners to fast-acting gasped antiviral therapies or nebulizers.

Llama’s blood samples may be preserved and used in an ever-evolving disease to prevent the future spread of the virus.

The researchers explained that alpacas, llamas, and camels contain exceptional immune system. These creatures make antibodies with one polypeptide chain instead of two.

As a result, these antibodies have approximately one-tenth the size of conventional antibodies. These are very stable and can connect strongly to the virus.

The researcher concluded that through repeated immunity to Wally, llama produced nanobodies that detected COVID-19 and many other viruses. This provided him with super immunity.

Armed with this information, the researchers planned a highly efficient nanobody that simultaneously binds to both regions of the SARS-like virus.
