Indiana Republican Representative Jackie Warorski died in a car crash. She was in a south-facing SUV when another vehicle hit him head-on, Sheriff Jeff Siegel said.
Cause of Death
All three occupants in the Walorski car, including communications director Emma Thomson, Zachery Potts, and Jackie Warorski, died due to severe injuries.
Siegel said that a passenger in another car involved in the accident was also marked dead at the accident spot.
The Sheriff's Office and the Elkhart County Coroner's Office are investigating the accident.
