In 1990, he was an undrafted free agent. In 1990, he was the Indianapolis Colts signed him as a defensive tackle. He played for Indianapolis Colts from 1990 to 1996.

In 1997, he signed with Baltimore Ravens. In the 1997 season, he played 14 games, started 13, and recorded 27 total tackles and one fumble recovery. He played for Baltimore Ravens from 1997 to 2001.

After getting retirement from his football career, he worked for the Fox Network from 2003-15 as a sideline analyst for NFL games.
